First Motion:
Part one: To be added to the guidelines
Members are prohibited from using the Trigger rule to *intentionally* interrupt, harass, or otherwise disrupt shares or conversations in the main room, as a form of spite or humor. The Trigger is to be taken seriously and should not be misused **APPROVED**
Part Two: Gentle Reminder (to be added to the scripts)

Second Motion: Shorten Idle time before kick to 30 minutes when a meeting is getting ready to start, and 60 minutes in between meetings, so as to protect privacy in the room. (An unmonitored computer can be viewed by anyone passing by). Ops should query prior to kicking ***APPROVED ******

Third Motion: that a newcomers Page be added to the Website in which all links to items such as the 40 questions, frequently asked questions, meeting times, warnings about age limit and behavior guidlelines, Safety warning, links to free pamphlets and the SLAA basic text at FWS web site, sponsorship information, etc... ********MOTION POSTPONED, PRESENTER NOT PRESENT********
(This will enable those who are new to have the proper information all in one location and also provide them with the needed warnings so they can make an educated decision on how much they want to share in public locations online).

Fourth Motion: That matters brought to the GC for vote be done in two business meetings, one to be held during the day to accommodate international members and one it the evening to accommodate the members that work during the day. Then the vote from each meeting would be tallied for a final decision. This enables those who want to participate in the voting process to have a vote despite accommodations for another group of people. *****MOTION POSTPONED, PRESENTER NOT PRESENT***********
