• Report on Website - SLAAFWS requested that we change the name of our website (SLAAOnline.org) to something less official sounding, something that did not give the impression that we officially represented SLAA as a whole. By a majority vote in the business meeting, polls taken in meetings and via email, the fellowship decided overwhelmingly to decline their request.
• Scripts: There was some concern that the scripts might have a virus recently, and those who were concerned were instructed to delete their copy of mIRC, and download the latest copy by going to mIRC.com; After doing so, ops can then to go to: scripts.slaaonline.org, to download a clean copy of the scripts.
• Report: Nominations for the vacant position of Chair and Co-Chair - no nominations were submitted

Old Business:

Committee Report on guidelines of excessive idling

New Business:

New Ops: Redywil - not present

Changing the name of the mailroom from "our fellowship" to "slaa mailroom" - no discussion as the board already took the action to do it, as it made sense to do so

New items tabled:

• Adding Treasurer position to officer description on website
• Have regular business meeting next month during the daytime for Europe folks (already voted on to do quarterly, but we haven't done it in more than 6 months)
• Discuss complaints: Ops not showing up to chair 4:30 and 10:00 pm meetings
